Delete your Rushmaid account

This is how to delete an account in the Rushmaid Home app (customers) or the Rushmaid Pro app (cleaners), both by Rushmaid LLC.

In the app

Sign in to the app.
Open the menu (☰) and go to Settings.
Tap Delete Profile and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account is closed and can no longer be signed into. Your email address, phone number and Apple or Google sign-in are removed from it, and a Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of bookings, payments, payouts and tax documents (such as a cleaner's W-9) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and are then deleted. They are not used for anything else.
